GST
Our prices already include 10% GST.
Shipping policy
We use normal Australia Post or courier delivery services. Orders over $200 are sent registered post and you will need to sign for them. Allow up to 7 days for delivery, but we aim to deliver within 3 working days. (Add another 7 days for cheque orders.)
Shipping charges
Are automatically added during Checkout, as follows...
1. NSW $6 per order
2. Victoria, Queensland, ACT $9
4. South Australia, Norfolk Island, Antarctic Territories $12
3. Western Australia, Tasmania, Northern Territory $15
(All per order. We occasionally need to charge extra shipping for large/remote paint or Air-Cell orders. If so, we will contact you before processing the order.)
Overseas orders
If ordering outside Australia, select "Overseas" in Checkout: Step 2: Destination then complete your order. Before we process the order we will calculate shipping costs then email you with a final order price. If you do not want to proceed, simply let us know by return email and we will delete your order and credit card details without completing the order. Note: free shipping does not apply on overseas orders.
Out of stock products
We do not substitute products. We try to only display items in stock, but if an item you order becomes unavailable we will contact you before processing your order.
Returns/exchanges and warranties
Return any product to us unused and in its original packaging within 14 days and we will exchange it or give you a full refund, excluding your return shipping costs. We will exchange or refund the cost of any faulty or damaged item, including all shipping costs. We will also honour all manufacturers' warranties and guarantees. Please inspect any registered-post orders before signing for them as signing will be taken as confirmation that the goods arrived intact.
Credit cards
We accept Mastercard or Visa.
Cheque orders
Make cheques payable to "Energy and Water Solutions", not Planet Ark Direct.

2. Definitions: where a product is described as natural it contains no artificial or synthetically-produced ingredients. Where a product is described as organic 100 per cent of its ingredients have been certified organic by a credible certifying body either in Australia or in the product's country of origin. Where a product is described as biodegradeable it will decompose naturally within a relatively short period; but exact decomposing times will vary according to the product and manner of disposal. Contact us if you require specific information on a particular product.
3. Accuracy of information: product information is supplied by manufacturers and reproduced in good faith. We cannot be held liable for the accuracy of such information or any consequences arising from incorrect information on this website. If you have specific health requirements or require more information about a product, please contact us. If you receive a product you feel has been incorrectly advertised we will fully refund or exchange the item, including all shipping costs.
4. Endorsement: Except for those items bearing Planet Ark's name, the fact that a product is sold on Planet Ark Direct is not to be used as the basis of any claim stating or implying that the product is endorsed, approved, recommended or certified by Planet Ark. Planet Ark's name must not be used in advertising a product in any way without the express permission of Planet Ark. |
